Furnish all labor, equipment, material, subcontracts, and supervision required to complete the Scope of Work generally described as Overhead Door Subcontractor, detailed herein, for the Punta Gorda WWTP Improvements project. All work shall be complete and in accordance with the Contract Documents. In the event of conflicts between the Scope of Work and other parts of the Contract Documents, this section shall take precedence. For a Subcontractor's Bid Proposal to be considered responsive, the following documentation must be included. CMAR and Owner reserve the right to accept or reject any proposal that does not include the required bid proposal documentation Bidder shall be advised that the Owner is receiving SRF funding from the Florida Department of Environmental Protection and is subject to the requirements of this such Funding. These requirements are detailed in the Florida Department of Environmental Protection State Revolving Fund Program Supplementary Conditions and are included as part of the Contract Documents. These requirements include, but are not limited to, Davis-Bacon wage rates, and the American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements List any regulatory or license agency sanctions. Provide a summary of any litigation, claims, or contract disputes filed by, or against, the Bidder in the past ten (10) years which are related to the services that Bidder provides in the regular course of business Question Deadline - 6/16/2023 at 1:00 PM EST
