The City of Casa Grande reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in this Statement of Qualifications solicitation, or to reject any or all responses; to be the sole judge of the suitability of the services and materials offered, and to award a contract for the furnishing of the services it deems to be in the best interest of the City. 3. Deadline for Inquiries 9-5-2023 This scope of work intended is to reconstruct Peters Road (Project) to provide a 3-lane through lanes plus a Two Way Left turn Lane (TWLTL) between Thornton Road and Burris Road. The project will include removal of the existing asphalt pavement, new asphalt pavement section, curb and gutter, sidewalk, pedestrian ramps, scuppers/catch basins, retention basins, irrigation, sanitary sewer, sewer manholes, street lighting, signing, pavement markings, and related work. CM@Risk Contingency" means an agreed upon amount, either lump sum or a percentage of the Cost of the Work, that is included in the GMP and to be used by the CM@Risk in accordance with the General Provisions in the construction contract, exclusive of CITY initiated changes and unknown site conditions. Generally, Contractor's Contingency recognizes that the Drawings and the Specifications may still be less than 100% complete after the CITY'S final acceptance of the GMP. All inquiries are to be submitted via email ONLY. Each inquiry shall refer to this solicitation in the subject line of the email. A list of all questions received and responses by the city shall be generated and be made available to all interested parties via posting on the 'City's website six (6) days before the submittal deadline.
