In addition to all the work normally required for the complete completion of the work mentioned above, that is to say demolition, interior fittings and finishes, mechanical systems, electrical systems, control systems, etc., the work to be carried out within the framework of this mandate specifically shown in the drawings and described in the specifications include, among other things and without limitation, the supply and installation of materials, equipment and accessories required for: a) The expansion of the school to accommodate the new elevator; b) Installation of the new elevator; c) Asbestos removal/work in the presence of asbestos; d) Addition/Replacement of floor covering in the premises indicated; e) Addition/Replacement of suspended ceilings in the indicated premises; f) Painting of the indicated premises; g) Addition/Replacement of doors where indicated; h) Dismantling of windows and installation in the indicated locations; i) Structural/mechanical/electrical works according to the engineering plans provided; j) Relocation of equipment following the work according to the customer's needs.
