There has not been a timeline set for the rebid.** The Borough reserves the right to reject Bids that are not received by the Borough at the time and in the manner designated by this RFB. The Borough and its staff shall be absolved of all responsibility for the premature opening of any bid not so marked. The project includes Phase 1 of the renovation, the reconstruction of the main pool, renovation of the baby pool, addition to the pool mechanical building for new pumps and new pool deck, all as more fully described in the Bid Documents. Bids must be made on the bid forms and in the manner designed in the Bid Documents. Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Guarantee in the form of a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashiers Check drawn to the order of the Borough of Bound Brook, for 5% of the bid amount, not to exceed $20,000.00 and a Consent of Surety issued by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. The Borough reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any informalities in the bids, in accordance with applicable law. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. (Affirmative Action) Sealed Bids will be received between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. daily, except Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.
