A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The Center for Neovation, an Advanced Manufacturing Semiconductor Fabrication Lab located at 200 NeoCity Way, NeoCity, Florida 34744, is renovating, upgrading, facilitating and installing process equipment within the remaining open areas of the existing facility and requires proposals for the design and construction management of the modifications. This project will be funded with Federal funds from the United State Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. 1. The purpose of this Scope of Services is to obtain proposals from qualified Architectural Engineering Firms for the design documents required to modify and renovate the facility and infrastructure to support such. Infrastructure Improvements scope will include, expanding and upgrading cleanroom space for Advanced Packaging Processing including modifications and expansion of the existing filtration, HVAC, and exhaust systems, increasing of the Ultra-Pure Water Treatment plant capacity, expansion and modification of the distribution of the existing Ultra Clean Process Services, chemical distribution and collection services and systems, and the required electrical service modifications and additions, to support the expansion, including improving Emergency Backup Power Capabilities (UPS) for Semiconductor Tools, Equipment and Machinery. 2.
