Lebanon has a population of just over 21,000 residents, and is the county seat for Warren County, Ohio. The City owns and operates its own municipal electric system to serve the residents and businesses of the Community. Direct questions regarding this request for qualifications can be sent to Shawn Coffey, Director of Electric, via email at scoffey@lebanonohio.gov. The City of Lebanon is soliciting proposals from interested parties to evaluate the feasibility of utilizing City-owned property for solar generation and if authorized, move into the Design Build phase of the project. The desired team shall have experience with the planning and design of solar array generation projects, and be positioned to take full advantage of any potential incentives available to the City for the project. The information package contains general information, scope of services, the required response contents and the time and date to respond. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities. The City also reserves the right to hold all proposals for 60 days after the opening date, even if not accepted or rejected. All contractors and subcontractors must comply with all EEO requirements.
