1. The Yorkton Regional Hospital (the 'YRH') contains aging electrical infrastructure including the existing emergency power generator. In order to meet current standards and to provide reliability of the essential power system, a project is underway to replace the essential power generator. Included in this project is the provision of two (2) new generators installed within new walk-in exterior enclosures. 2. The Saskatchewan Health Authority (the 'SHA') intends to purchase new generators to be novated over to a Contractor for the installation portion of the project. 3. The Saskatchewan Health Authority is soliciting Request for Proposal (the 'RFP') responses (the 'Proposal') in order to determine the Generator Supplier for the Yorkton Regional Hospital Emergency Generator project. 4.
