The reconstruction of approximately 4,900 feet of 5500 West roadway between 4200 South to 3550 South; construction includes storm drain system, curb and gutter, sidewalk, pavement, gravity irrigation system, and adjustments to existing utilities. The project will be separated into a base bid and additive bid. Bids will be received for a single prime contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price as indicated in the Bid Form. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 1, 2023 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Email: Sam Powell, J-U-B Engineers, Inc at spowell@jub.com Phase 1 (Base Bid) work will include the following: o All roadway, curb and gutter, sidewalk, landscape restoration, storm drain and irrigation and utility work from 4200 South to north side of 4000 South. This will include all work within UDOT right-of-way on SR-37 (4000 South). o All gravity irrigation work from 4200 South to 3500 South. o Storm drain main line from 4000 South to 3500 South Phase 2 (Additive 1) work will include the following: o All roadway, curb and gutter, sidewalk, landscape restoration, storm drain and irrigation and utility work from 4000 South to 3500 South not completed with Phase 1. This will include storm drain laterals to inlets. Last Day for Questions: Friday, December 16 at 5:00 pm
