Seeking Certified Disadvantaged, Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprise firms to provide Waste/Recycling Collection & Disposal, Concrete/ Asphalt Removal & Repair, Utility GIS Location (Submeter), Waterline Materials Identification, Project Signage, And End Customer Notification Materials Production and Mailing Services Seeking certified Disadvantaged, Minority and Women Business Enterprise firms for an Automated Water Meter Reading (AMR) System installation project in Calcasieu Parish, LA. The project encompasses installation and setup of a mobile based meter reading system with water meter exchange services. Aqua-Metric seeks to subcontract portions of the project to qualified firms to provide waste/recycling collection and disposal, remove and repair concrete/asphalt around existing water meter boxes, provide GIS water meter location (submeter) services, identify water line materials at each meter location (Utility & Customer side), provide and install project signage, as well as production and mailing of end customer notification materials. Qualified firms may respond to any of the requested services within their capabilities. Please be prepared to provide proof of certification.
