UV water sterilizer system to add to the Eagle ridge membrane filtration facility. The District is looking into retrofitting a UV disinfection system downstream of the submerged membrane filtration to supplement log reduction credits, as well as provide complete redundancy (e.g. full log reduction achieved solely from the UV system). TIMELINE: Request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) for established and experienced firms to provide engineering services to design is closed. Preferred proponent will not be released. Further update may be available in late fall 2023, upon approvals.
