Project consists of construction of the Love Building Exterior Brick Repair. The Party of the First Part shall furnish and deliver all of the materials, and perform all of the work in the manner and form as provided by the following enumerated plans, specifications and documents, which are attached hereto and made a part thereof as if fully contained herein: advertisement; Instructions to Bidders; General Conditions Each proposal shall be accompanied by a cash deposit or a certified check drawn on some bank or trust company, insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, of an amount equal to not less than five percent (5%) of the proposal A performance bond and a payment bond will be required for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Payment will be made based on ninety-five percent (95%) of monthly estimates and final payment made upon completion and acceptance of work. All bonds shall be countersigned by an authorized agent of the bonding company who is licensed to do business in North Carolina. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities. The state reserves the unqualified right to reject any and all proposals.
