This project is eligible for financial assistance from the Ministry of Culture and Communications (MCC), as part of the Support Program for Municipal Real Estate Heritage (PSMMPI). In addition, the City incurs no liability for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by the electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure, before tendering, to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders via the SEAO. Only bids presented on documents prepared by the Engineering Department will be accepted. Tenders must be submitted in an envelope bearing the identification provided in the appendix to the tender document. The City does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. It also reserves the right to reject all tenders received, if it deems it appropriate, without being held liable or subject to a lawsuit or claim for costs or losses suffered by the tenderers. The City also reserves the right to grant the contract conditional on the availability of the funds required, either by the approval and entry into force of a loan by-law providing for the execution of the work or otherwise.
