As of September 8, 2023, a design team has been identified. *The previous solicitation is listed below for reference. Rose Hill Cemetery is a municipal owned and operated cemetery in Winder, Georgia that covers approximately 26 acres dating to 1841 with more than 5,000 burials. The City of Winder manages the cemetery and has a desire to advance preservation and expansion of this local landmark. In January of 2022, the Winder City Council adopted the Rose Hill Cemetery Master Plan. The City is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide engineering design and construction administration and observation services to implement the visions and recommendations of the Rose Hill Master Plan. Questions concerning this solicitation should be directed in writing to Beth Reynolds, City of Winder GIS & Special Projects Manager via e-mail only at beth.reynolds@cityofwinder.com. The deadline for questions will be no later than 3:00 PM, Friday, November 11, 2022 The City of Winder reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to use without limitation any and all information, concepts, and data submitted in response to this RFQ, or derived from further investigation of such proposals. The City of Winder further reserves the right at any time and for any reason, to cancel this solicitation, to reject any and all proposals, to supplement, add to, delete from, or otherwise change this RFQ as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of the City of Winder. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
