PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Installation of a multi-use trail - Gettysburg National Military Park, Gettysburg, PA 17325-2804 The work will include all construction, labor, supplies, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, and travel necessary to complete the work. PROCUREMENT TYPE: The Government anticipates awarding a single firm-fixed price contract to meet this requirement. This firm-fixed price contract will be awarded using the Lowest price technically acceptable source selection process in accordance with FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation.
