Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Required for DCAMM contracts over $150,000, Highway Division contracts over $50,000. Brick and concrete envelope repairs at two-story brick buildings GENERAL PROVISIONS A. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. 2. The Project shall consist of, but not limited to: At 21 two-story brick buildings of four, six, or eight apartments: Window replacement, door replacement, brick envelope repairs and concrete envelope repairs. 3. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and paying for a construction administration software application to be used by all participants on the Project at no cost. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women
