Work includes the interior demolition of an existing 16,400 SF space. Cutting and patching of concrete floors for new structural steel and masonry walls for new openings. Remove and replace existing roof. Build out to include, but not limited to: new aluminum store fronts, sliding doors, operable partitions, and hollow metal frames with doors and hardware. Gypsum wall board partitions, acoustic ceilings and clouds, acoustic wall panels, flooring, painting, and vinyl wall coverings. Specialties will include, bathroom accessories and partitions, corner guards, window treatments, and shades. Fire sprinkler, plumbing, HVAC and Electrical will include trade demolitions and new systems. Site work consist of earthwork, storm utilities, concrete curb and gutter, concrete and asphalt paving, landscaping, and site specialties.
