For the replacement of the Citys existing water meters and meter boxes with smart water meters and meter boxes and other associated items. This includes approximately 2,250 5/8 inch x 3/4 inch, 50 1 inch, 5 1 1/2 inch and 50 2 inch water meters and boxes Bids for a Contract shall be submitted on the bid forms provided, properly signed by an officer of the company, and dated. A Security Deposit in the form of a cashiers check or bid bond payable to City of Justin, Texas in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the largest Total Bid Price must accompany each Bid. The City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject bids. This project is funded by a SWIFT Loan from the Texas Water Development Board. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all informalities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of ninety-days from the date the bids are opened. The deadline to ask questions is 11/01/2022 5:00 PM CST liquidated damages, the sum of $500.00 for each calendar day
