The project consists of the removal and disposal of all materials associated with the cable and tower systems. The contractor must ensure that all materials are removed in a manner consistent with the techniques of the original manufacturer. Full-Size System Lower and remove cantilevers on towers 1,3, and 4 Lower and remove the drive motor assembly Take down and remove 5 pylons Disassemble operator station and remove Disassemble starting dock gangway and remove 2 Tower System Lower and remove cantilever on 2 Tower System Lower and remove drive motor assemble on 2 Tower System Takedown 2 Tower pylons and remove The contractor is not responsible for removing: (10) I-beam anchors for Full-Size System (4) Anchors for the 2 Tower System (2) steel sway anchors Decks or other permanent structures associated with the cable ski facility Prospective offerors must register with the Procurement Website as a plan holder, even if bidding documents are obtained from a plan room or other site. All official notifications, addenda, and other documents will be offered only through the Procurement Website. Forms obtained from any source other than the District may be incomplete and bidders risk not receiving necessary addenda, or other required documents causing the submittal to be considered non-responsive, and eliminating the submittal from award. The District will not be responsible for the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the final bid documents obtained from other sources The deadline to ask questions is 10/21/2022 4:30 PM CST, Questions are to be submitted using the Question and Answer process on the Procurement Website.
