DESCRIPTION OF WORK (Physical Characteristics): The Constructing priorities for these funds are the ADC 50, AERL Facility, Explosive Storage. Utilizing conventional design and construction methods to accommodate the mission of the facility. Facilities planned shall meet the full requirements of this scope of work. Project will include fire suppression systems, all utilities, pavements, communications, site improvements, and associated support facilities to provide a complete and useable facility. Note No. 1: All prospective contractors and their subcontractors and suppliers must be registered in The System for Award Management (SAM.gov) before they will be allowed to download solicitation information.
