Per Addendum 3- Bid Date was Extended Project consists of Interior Tenant Improvements to the existing Fire Station 37 Core & Shell and includes the build-out of 1,561 SF on the first floor to provide living accommodation improvements including those spaces and systems necessary to meet the residency requirements for four (4) fire personnel; EMS storage, a Decontamination Room and 1,561 SF mezzanine. The work includes the addition of a backup generator, fire sprinkler system (sourced by an existing well), and a septic system. Modifications to the existing electrical system and the addition of plumbing and HVAC systems are included in this Scope of Work. Bidders' Questions: Architect will provide responses at Pre-Bid conference to bidders questions received up to (4) four business days prior to conference. Technical questions regarding the scope of this project should be put in writing and directed to Shawn Johnson-Mudgett, Project Architect, Complete Design, Inc. Email: s.johnsonmudgett@completedesign.cc Project Location: 23890 NW Road 9.8, Quincy, Washington, 98843 Successful bidder shall begin the Work upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages. Permits, permission under franchises, licenses and bonds of a temporary nature necessary for and during the prosecution of the Project, and inspection fees in connection therewith shall be secured and paid for by the Contractor. The Contractor shall pay prevailing wages as currently published by the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries and shall comply with RCW Chapter 39.12 and 49.28. Grant County Fire District #3 reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
