The University of Mississippi reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids submitted. Bids must be submitted on the form to be furnished by the architect and must be accompanied by bid bond or certified check for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid payable to University of Mississippi, University, Mississippi.
