LAYTON CITY CORPORATION will accept separate sealed bids for the " 2700 WEST CONSTRUCTION, PROJECT 22-59". The project includes the installation of asphalt, curb and gutter, sidewalk, sewer pipe, water line, land drain pipe, storm drain pipe, manholes, conduit and associated items. Water Utilities, Water Transmission Pipelines, Sidewalks/Curbs/Gutters, Storm Drain and Paving, Drainage, Dredging, Ditches and Canals, Sewer and Water Construction, Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Water and Wastewater Facilities, Water/Wastewater Infrastructure, Stormwater Improvements, Culinary Water Improvements, Waterlines, Irrigation, Street/Road Widening, Utility Street Construction and Excavation, Paving (Highway, Road or Street) The bidder will also be required to submit proof of a 5% bid bond Contractors shall submit the Contractor's Qualification Statement available at Electronically. Q & A section, to be reviewed by the OWNER prior to 12:00 p.m. on October 18, 2022. Upon Layton City approval, contractors will be given a password to purchase and download the bid documents. Layton City reserves the right to approve or deny bidders based upon similar project experience.
