The City is soliciting proposals from qualified solar PV providers to design, engineer and install a turn-key solar PV system on the roof of the Stuart Building. Proposer shall develop a design for PV systems that maximizes energy (kWh) output. Bid prices shall be provided for a south-facing design with expected annual kWh output. The Proposer shall include design documents for all elements of the project, including, but not limited to, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical. Selected firm will be required to retain a licensed PE to prepare final sealed drawings. Per City Policy, the contract award will not be based on lowest price, but on a weighed evaluation of proposals meeting the requirements given herein, which is typically the highest scoring proposal. There is also a 10% M/WBE requirement for this contract; however, a company may attest they will self-perform the entire contract. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. All questions must be submitted in writing by the End of Question Period of 5:00 PM, October 11, 2022
