The San Bernardino County, Community Development and Housing Department (County), is seeking Proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide relocation consultant services on an asneeded basis as the County may acquire property for construction or renovation projects (Projects) In some cases, displaced person(s) and/or business(es) of acquired properties may be entitled to relocation assistance. The number of awards will be determined by the quality of the proposals received. Date for Tentative Contract Award November 14, 2022 Contract Term Services to be provided under this Request for Proposals (RFP) are outlined under Section V, Scope of Work. The Contract period will be for a maximum of 2 years beginning on November 14, 2022 and ending on July 31, 2024, and may be extended for up to a maximum of three (3) additional years . Location(s) where Services are to be provided, completed and managed are throughout San Bernardino County. The Proposer must include in Proposal, Attachment E - Cost, all transportation, lodging, and per diem costs sufficient to pay its personnel and travel to the aforementioned locations.
