Bring and be prepared to wear a mask if required upon arrival. Requirements may change at any time and any updated guidance must be followed. The Department of Technology, Management and Budget (DTMB) on behalf of Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT), is requesting professional architectural and engineering services to replace the HVAC system, including the generator, at the MDOT Southwest Region Office Building in Kalamazoo. We anticipate 50% and 90% design submittals at both design phases, including a cost estimate at the 90% submittal of each phase. LARA plan review fees are to be included as a reimbursable expense.
