Concrete Slab is to have an 18" x 18" #4 bar each way, tied together and overlapped at a minimum of 18" square. Bar is to be from edge to edge and shall be placed in the middle of the concrete. The pad shall be placed in one (1) continuous pour. Control joints are to be 10' x 10' saw cut in joints filled with self-leveling non-expandable caulk. Contractor will be required to provide the city 48-hour notice before pouring. The City reserves the right to make an award based on overall low or based on individual pads, which ever is in the best interest of the City. The right is reserved to cancel this Request for Quotation or to accept or reject any or all quotes, and to waive any informality or technicality in any quote, in the interest of Riverton City. Contractor must be prepared, willing and accommodating to on-site inspection of all work, at any time, by a City representative, during job progress.
