As of August 9, 2023, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. As part of the City's ongoing initiatives to meet the requirements of the Second Amended Consent Decree (SACD), the City has planned the Butler Trunk and Butler Relief Sewer System Remedial Measures Project meet the 2-year design storm protection criteria in the First/Second Amended Decree issued to the City. The proposed improvements consist of Butler Trunk/Relief Sewer System Upsizing and Piedmont-Ponce New Diversion Sewer. The Project is to be designed and constructed in two phases using the Progressive Design-Build delivery method as described in the Agreement. Questions Deadline: April 17, 2023, 5 pm
