Bidders must be a Prequalified Contractor with the Georgia Department of Transportation and meet any additional qualifications as noted in the contract documents. The Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County will be the sole entity to determine if Bidder satisfactorily meets the qualifications. An original Bid Bond for 5% of the total bid must be submitted with the bid. Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price and Payment Bond in the amount of 110% of the contract price will be required if contract is awarded.
