Perpetuation project to resurface approximately 9.87 centerline miles of STH 54 between Dexterville and Wisconsin Rapids, from STH 80 to CTH G in the Town of Dexter and Town of Cranmoor in Wood County. The project includes a 2-inch mill and overlay of the existing asphaltic pavement, approximately 22 cross culvert replacements, and guardrail replacement. Coordination with local cranberry farmers association will be required The contract price will be based on an estimate of the selected consultant's actual costs plus fixed fee. Actual costs will be defined as those costs allowable under the cost principles in Part 31 of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR). Consultant costs including indirect cost rates and cost accounting system will be subject to audit. Consultant firms that are unable to account for costs consistent with requirements of the FAR are not eligible to contract.
