Tashua Knolls Golf Course Bituminous Concrete and Paving Around (TKGC) Question Deadline 09/22/2022 at 5:00 PM ET The Town of Trumbull reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. Town assignee Rep to authorize approvals will be Rich Infante; day to day operations on site for the Town of Trumbull will be Tony Ciccaglione and Andrew Fries. Cart Barn to Club House Remove and replace approximately 4,625 sf of existing asphalt cart path to include: Removal of existing asphalt, load, haul away and dispose of material. Add 220 sf of new asphalt to include removal and disposal of unsuitable material, supply and install 6" of 1 1/4 " process base. Fine grade and compact to insure proper drainage. Install and compact HMA Class 2 to a depth of 2 1/2 ". Remove and install approximately 500 linear feet of 4" asphalt curbing. 9 th Tee (Knolls course) Remove and replace approximately 1,200 sf of asphalt cart path to include: Removal of existing asphalt, load, haul away and dispose of material. Fine grade and compact to insure proper drainage. Install and compact HMA Class 2 to a depth of 2 1/2 ". Remove and install approximately 75 linear feet of 4" asphalt curbing. The 9 th Tee cart path shall be 8' wide. 1. Provide a per square foot price for landscaping on an as needed basis to include supplying topsoil, fine raking and seeding. 2. Provide a per square foot price for any additional HMA Class 2 installed at a 2 1/2 " depth. 3. Provide a per linear foot price for any additional 4" curbing. 4. Provide a per cubic yard price for additional 1 1/4 " process base material to be installed at a minimum depth of 6". The price is to include earth excavation, loading, hauling and disposal of unsuitable material, installation of process and compaction. The on-site supervisors - Tony Ciccaglione and Andrew Fries or Rich Infante for the Town of Trumbull must approve and verify quantities at all locations where process is needed to replace unsuitable base material. 5. The asphalt specification is HMA Class 2 for all flat work. Any deviation in mix design would need to be approved by Rich Infante for the Town of Trumbull.
