The Project must be completed, inspected and accepted within twelve (12) months after contract execution. Questions are preferred before the pre-bid conference, but in any case by the deadline for formal questions, which July 25, 2023 at 5:00 p.m Bidders will not be able to submit questions via the Procurement Portal after the deadline for formal questions has passed. General inquiries regarding the IFB can be emailed to Joan Jeffries, Purchasing Manager, at jjeffries@scmtd.com, faxed to (831) 469-1958, or mailedto 110 Vernon Street, Santa Cruz, CA 95060. Santa Cruz METRO reserves the right to revise the IFB prior to the bid opening. Such revisions, if any, will be made by addenda to this IFB. If an addendum includes significant changes, the bid opening due date may be postponed by a number of days that Santa Cruz METRO considers appropriate for Bidders to revise their bids. The announcement of a newdate, if any, will be included in the addendum. In any event, the last addendum will be issued no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the bid opening (August 1, 2023).
