The project consists of the electric motor driver conversion of the Laguna Pump Station pumps, installation of new site electrical distribution equipment, installation of an emergency standby diesel generator, replacement of the trash racks, repair of the pump station wetwell concrete, repair of the Laguna Channel grouted rip-rap lining, cleaning of the tidal slide gates, and fabricating and installing hinged barriers on the tidal gate weirs. Liquidated Damages $5,200/Day Estimated Cost. The estimated construction cost is $3,500,000 The successful bidder will be required to provide performance and payment bonds, each for 100% of the Contract Price, as further specified in the Contract Documents. The Bid Proposal must be accompanied by bid security of five percent (5%) of the maximum bid amount Time for Final Completion. The Project must be fully completed within a total of 375 working days from the start date set forth in the Notice to Proceed Q&A Deadline 09/24/2024 3:00 PM (PDT)
