Solicitation Number: W9128F23R0019 Draft Request for Proposal (RFP): The Government is seeking questions, comments, suggestions, and corrections to improve the draft solicitation for this procurement. Potential Offerors may exchange as much information about internal business practices or potential solutions to the Army on a confidential basis. The Draft RFP is not a formal solicitation; it is a mechanism for potential Offerors to comment on all aspects of the Draft RFP and identify unnecessary or inefficient requirements. Information Offerors need to prepare its proposal, however, will be disclosed to all potential Offerors at the earliest possible opportunity. All feedback provided by industry on this draft RFP shall be provided at no charge to the government. Offerors should not expect a Government response to feedback provided, instead any feedback will be reviewed and incorporated into the final RFP, at the Government's discretion The Government emphasizes that this is not a request for competitive proposals. Given the quantity of airfield paving being placed concurrent with this project at Ellsworth AFB, are there provisions that should be considered related to the sourcing, batching, and placement of airfield pavement under this solicitation Feedback of interest includes, but is not limited to availability of materials (concrete, aggregate, etc.), batching and placement, equipment, labor, and other work in the area that may impact availability of these items.
