Contract: Demolition of Existing Structures Located at 1100 Old York Rd The Scope of Work consists of but is not limited to: The complete demolition of the existing structures and site restoration Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw a bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Abington Township reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids. All prospective bidders are hereby notified that this project is subject to PA Prevailing Wages determined for the project as set forth in the Contract Documents. Mandatory Bonds and Guarantees - A certified check or bid bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid will be required. Bid guarantees, performance bonds and payment bonds will be required in accordance with 40 C.F.R. A31.36(h). Bonds are required to be issued by a surety licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
