SCOPE OF WORK PTAC Replacements (without sprinkler work) Barbee Towers 1100 E Druid Rd. Clearwater, FL 33756 The Clearwater Housing Authority requests proposals for the replacement of one hundred and fifty (150) PTAC HVAC units in their residential building. o Disconnect line and control wiring as necessary. o Disconnect condensate lines. o Remove and dispose of existing equipment. o Patch hole in unit wall where old unit existed. o Install new PTAC condensing unit to exterior wall adjacent to breezeway. o Install two (2) new evaporator coils in the bedroom and living room. o Modify condensate lines. o Modify electric to accommodate the new unit in the breaker panel. o Provide a new secondary safety switch. o Reconnect line and control wiring. o Install soffit to conceal A/C piping. o Perform full start, test, and document findings. Contracts subject to the Davis-Bacon Act are generally required to pay at least the applicable minimum wage rate required under Executive Order 14026 or Executive Order 13658. Each Bidder and its staff must possess all of the required State of Florida Licenses, as well as all other licenses required to perform in accordance with the contract scope of services herein The Clearwater Housing Authority (CHA) reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids. CHA reserves the right to cancel this solicitation for any reason it deems is in the best interest of CHA.
