Provide maneuvering pad, skid pad and drive track lighting. (a). Installation of a new feeder circuit, including fused disconnect. (b). Installation of high mast lighting, poles and pole bases including lightning protection and grounding/bonding. (c). Installation of feeder conductors in conduit, including manholes located in the locations shown as a minimum. (d). Installation, configuration and customization of wireless lighting controls including training. (e). Provide power to the portion of the controls located in the Maintenance/Storage building, including locating an acceptable 120VAC power circuit and a mounting location for the building mounted antenna. (f). Grade the area around one light pole as indicated. Add or remove soils as required. Soils added shall match existing. (g). Contractor shall not damage any paved surfaces including the areas commonly referred to as the Drive Track, the Maneuvering Pad and the Skid Pad and associated components. (h). Contractor is responsible for all site restoration of any unpaved surfaces to like original conditions. (i). Contractor is responsible for the restoration of unpaved surfaces damaged due to construction activities to the Owner's satisfaction. (j). Contractor shall remove and clean up all spoils from construction activities. (Dept. of Corrections ONLY) All contractor/vendor representatives attending a Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting must submit a Vendor/Contractor LEIN Request five business days prior to the meeting date, (See the attached Vendor/Contractor LEIN Request form). Send the LEIN Request form, filled out and signed, by email to Daniel T. Smith at email address: SmithD76@michigan.gov. The email "Subject" must include (Facility Name, Project Name, Date & Time of Pre-Bid Walk Through Meeting). Depending on the project location, individuals may be required to wear masks to attend meetings and for a firm to be eligible to submit bids / quotations / proposals. Bring and be prepared to wear a mask if required upon arrival. Requirements may change at any time and any updated guidance. All Bid Attachments MUST be uploaded to SIGMA VSS. o Please remember that individual attachments can be no larger than 6 mb o If you experience issues or have questions regarding your electronic submission, bidders must contact the SIGMA Help Desk for assistance.
