A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: Removal of the existing exterior cladding, replacement of the existing weather barrier, installation of new 1" Z-girt System and reinstallation of the existing exterior cladding. Project will also include installation of new flashings and weatherproofing the existing storefront and curtain walls. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Garfield Ave., Pocatello, ID 83204 (208) 232-1223 The Work of Project is Defined by the Contract Documents and Consists of the Following: Removal of the Existing Exterior Cladding, Replacement of the Existing Weather Barrier, Installation of New 1" Z-girt System and Reinstallation of the Existing Exterior Cladding. Discard and Replace Any Irreparably Damaged Panels and Damaged Exterior Rigid Insulation. Provide New, Additional Zinc Panels at Top of Existing Walls - to Match Existing in Color and Patina. . Project Will Also Include Installation of New Flashings and Weatherproofing the Existing Storefront, Window Systems, and Curtain Walls.
