General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - Prevailing Wage Required Each Bid Proposal shall be accompanied by either cash, a cashier's check or a certified check, The successful Bidder will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds, each in an amount not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price, and a maintenance bond not less than ten percent (10%) of the contract price. State of California in the amount of at least ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid.
