**As of August 24,2022 this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 11, 2022.** Major elements of the project include: 1. A new multi-story elementary school reuse on an approximately 12 acre site and providing approximately 837 student stations for Pre-Kindergarten - 5th grade educational programs. 2. Facilities and site amenities meeting Owner design guideline and program requirements, as said requirements may be modified through the design process. 3. Site improvements, including but not limited to grading, drainage, retaining walls, underground utilities, storm water, etc. required in support of the new facilities. 4. Off-site improvements which may include but are not limited to turn lanes, driveways, school zone flashers, signage and road markings and underground utilities. The estimated construction cost is approximately $30,000,000 for Site 130-E-SE-2. The Construction Management firm is to provide all professional services to deliver to the owner safe, finished, and fully functioning Elementary School Facilities within the estimated construction budget. Target Schedule: Design/Pre-construction Services Commencement: January 2023 Construction Notice to Proceed Date: April 2024 Substantial Completion: May 2025 Question End Date 7/29/2022 2:00 PM The Shortlist Meeting date originally scheduled for August 25, 2022 has been moved to Thursday, September 8, 2022 and the Interview/Presentation Meeting date originally scheduled for September 8, 2022 moved to Thursday, September 22, 2022. Project Award date : 10/11/22 The OCPS MWBE participation goal for this project is 23%. The OCPS LDB participation goal for this project is 10%. The OCPS VBE goal is 3%.
