The City of Piqua, Ohio is requesting proposals for our city-wide generator service, repair and maintenance contract for three (3) years, 2023-2025, with a one-time renewal option for 2026- 2028. The locations, descriptions and other pertinent information are shown on Exhibit A. Any questions regarding this RFP should be directed to Bev Yount, CPPB, NIGP-CPP Purchasing Analyst byount@piquaoh.org (937) 778-4002, no later than August 3, 2022. Contractor agrees that service, repair and maintenance of all equipment shall be performed by competent, trained personnel skilled in the work assigned and they shall be certified to service the listed generators and peripherals, and that any such maintenance activity shall meet industry standards. Maintenance personnel shall have at least three (3) years of proven work record on installing and maintaining the listed equipment and shall be manufacturer-certified where applicable. License and/or certification will need to be submitted prior to work commencing on site.
