This lot, with an estimated value of more than $1 million, is part of the completion of phase 2 of the New Hospital Complex (NCH) project on the site of the Hôpital de l'Enfant-Jésus, the delivery of which is scheduled for 2024. The budget for phase 2 of the NCH project is estimated at $1.4 billion. This phase will include approximately 100 work and procurement packages. All bidders must comply with the requirements contained in the contract documents. These can only be obtained through the electronic tendering system (SEAO) at www.seao.ca or by calling 514 856-6600 for residents of the Montreal area and at the toll-free number 1-866-669-7326 for outside residents. Tenders transmitted electronically are permitted and recommended in the context of this call for tenders. Caution: Please note that only the documents required by the Company under the terms of this call for tenders must be submitted with the tender, so as to avoid any situation that would result in the tender being restrictive or conditional. WORKS DURATION The work required under this call for tenders must be completely completed within 91 weeks (including statutory holidays, construction holidays and the time required for the supply of materials/equipment) from the date of the authorization to start work. The probable start date of the work is scheduled between August 22, 2022 and September 9, 2022. No information meeting or visit to the work site is planned. TRANSMISSION OF COMPLAINTS The deadline set for receiving complaints filed with the Société under section 21.0.4 of the Act respecting contracting by public bodies (CQLR, chapter C-65.1) is indicated in the Complementary Instructions. INFORMATION Tenderers who wish to receive clarifications concerning the call for tenders must communicate in writing to the e-mail address designated below, taking care to mention the contract number, and this, maximum three working days before the deadline date and time for receipt of tenders. If such a request for clarification is received two working days or less before the deadline date and time for receipt of tenders, the Company reserves the right not to consider it.
