The City of Aurora is constructing an approximately 200,000 SF public works combined maintenance facility. The scope of services to be performed under this bid package includes the mass grading, installation of onsite utilities, pavement (aggregate base and binder) for the central access road and west storage yard, and the construction of a new salt storage dome with conveyor at the approximately 26 acre, previously undeveloped site.
