The System Capacity Improvements will address several issues identified in the 2045 Long Range Transportation Plan (LRTP). The 2045 LRTP had several critical intersections that were at or nearing capacity such that improvements we needed. This program will provide for the planning, design, and construction of those improvements. 2025/26 13th Street and Grand Avenue intersection improvement (construction) (shared use path portion $150,000) This project is included in the city's 2022-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of July 14, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
