The location and description of the proposed work are as follows: The proposed project is located in Pinal County where SR 287 and SR 79B meet at the southern section of the Town of Florence. Approximate length of the project is 0.73 miles. The work consists of adding a new multi-lane roundabout at SR 287 and SR 79B and a single-lane roundabout at SR 79B and Florence Heights Drive. The time allowed for the completion of the work included in this contract will be 284 Calendar days. The Arizona Department of Transportation, in Accordance With the Provisions of Title Vi of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (78 Stat. 252.42 U.s.c. 2000d-4) and the Regulations, Hereby Notifies All Bidders That It Will Affirmatively Ensure That Any Contract Entered Into Pursuant to This Advertisement, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises Will Be Afforded Full and Fair Opportunity to Submit Bids in Response to This Invitation and Will Not Be Discriminated Against on the Grounds of Race, Color, or National Origin in Consideration for an Award.
