Project consists of the construction of approximately 3,025 SY of 5 concrete sidewalks and 531 SY of 6 concrete sidewalk. All concrete sidewalks will be 5 wide. This project also includes the installation of two pedestrian bridges and minor drainage work. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid guarantee of not less than 5% of total bid amount Any questions and communication related to this project shall be directed to the following City contact: Daniel Scabora. The successful bidder must furnish Performance Bond and Payment Bond on the forms provided in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the total contract price from a Surety or other Sureties acceptable to the Owner. Owner reserves the right to award the contract at any time within sixty (60) days after bid opening. Any questions regarding this project must be submitted by the bidders to the City of Mont Belvieu in writing or submitted through the CivCast website - www.CivCastUSA.com. The cutoff date and time for questions is Thursday, July 27, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. The cutoff date and time for questions is Friday, August 4, 2023.
