Shortlist Confirmed. Terminal Connected Airport Hotel at the Indianapolis International Airport (IND) (Project No. I-21-060) The IAA is considering the development of a Terminal Connected Airport Hotel located on the west side of the existing Terminal Parking Garage. The current hotel program includes: 1. Approximately 250 keys 2. Full-service restaurant which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner 3. Pool and fitness center 4. Bar/Lounge area 5. Pedestrian passage through the hotel to the garage to serve Park & Walk customers. Pedestrian circulation will most likely include escalators/elevators and bridge to the garage. The bridge is expected to connect at the 3rd Level of the existing parking garage, i.e. uppermost portion of the speed ramp on the west side. The bridge is anticipated to be fully enclosed and terminate at the west exterior façade of the garage. 6. Page 15 of 19 depicts a conceptual level floor plan and elevations of the schematic design of the hotel. These drawings are meant to provide context of the type of hotel that is currently being considered. Additional information (i.e. Schematic Level design and renderings) will be shared prior to the Presubmittal meeting. 7. The RESPONDENT shall be familiar and have relevant experience in Hotel Development for Public Entities and Construction Manager as Constructor (CMc) delivery methods.
