These Special Conditions, together with the accompanying documents and maps listed under SC-1 and the Referenced Specifications listed in these documents, cover the requirements for the work as listed in the bid, including incidental appurtenant work. It is intended, at this time, that the following work will be accomplished under this contract: The reconstruction of Cortez Drive from Porter Drive to Dunn Drive to include gas line connections, water and sewer utilities will be replaced/installed as a part of this project. Subsurface Storm drainage system will also be installed and surface drainage features with gravel, seeding and water retention. Street reconstruction includes new paving, curb/gutter and sidewalks, paved walking path, drive pads and ADA ramps as well as street lighting. A suggested phasing plan is included in the project plans, the contractor may work on different utilities (phasing) simultaneously with the express written permission of the City Project manager.
