Project scope includes but is not limited to renovation of a facility for use as a community center. Work to include renovation of entry, lobby, restrooms, elevator and gyms on Level 1. Renovation of meeting rooms and restrooms on Levels 2 & 3. New pavilion, site work and other work indicated in documents. PHASED CONSTRUCTION Construct the Work in phases, with each phase substantially complete as indicated below. Phase 1: Includes renovations to the West Gymnasium, first floor lobby, ice rink warming and dining room, ice rink restrooms, sitework and exterior. Work of this phase shall commence on March 1st, 2024. Substantial Completion: By August 1st, 2024 Phase 2: Perform the remaining Work including renovations to the East Gym, first floor restrooms, elevator, 2nd floor and 3rd floor. Work of this phase shall commence on September 1st, 2024.
