No. 78879 This project consists of constructing 45 linear feet of 6-inch diameter sewer lateral and other sewer appurtenances. The project will benefit one single-family parcel, eliminating one household sewage treatment system (HSTS). The sewer lateral assessment will outfall to S.S. No. 3083. The deadline for questions is 12:00 PM local time on Wednesday, June 15, 2022. If a contract is awarded, it will be done so in accordance with the Contract Documents, including the method of award identified in Section H of the Instructions to Bidders in Section 00 21 13. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive technicalities, or to advertise for new bids, if the best interests of the City will be promoted thereby. The Contractor's Work shall be Substantially Complete and Finally Complete in accordance with the time periods identified in the Contract Documents, including, but not limited to City Contractor Agreement, Section 00 52 01. The contractor shall pay liquidated damages for each consecutive calendar day of delay thereafter in the amount provided in the Contract Documents.
