Also replace the existing hot-water heat/DX cooling rooftop air-handling units with hot-water/chilled-water air-handling units. To accommodate the new air-handling units, route chilled water from the existing chilled water loop at the existing taps in the Snyder building. Underground pipe routing will be required. Upgrade the building automation system to Siemens and modify the existing terminal units to interface with Siemens. Submit the requested number of Statements of Qualifications (Form F110-330) directly to Patrick Daniels at Patrick.daniels@uc.edu. The name of the party submitting a question will not be included on the Q&A document. Both buildings will be designed as a single project, but the work in each building will be performed in separate phases. The work is anticipated the be completed over two separate summer terms. A Program of Requirements will be provided by the University to the A/E prior to award. Upon award of the Agreement, the A/E shall perform program verification, including but not limited to estimate of probable cost, and commence with Design.
